TESTIMONIALS
"I stayed in one of the Midtown 718 apartments for several months. It's beautifully furnished and has great amenities. The staff was easy to contact if I had any issues, but I had everything I needed. Lisa is a great host and the location is awesome! I loved being able to walk downtown." - Emma J.
"Had an amazing stay at “Happy Hours” for 3 months! Lisa and Elizabeth were very accommodating, there were times where the AC unit wouldn’t work and they were very easy to contact to fix the issue. They always checked in to see how we’re doing or if the house was meeting our needs. Can’t beat the rent price either. Highly recommend!" - Patricia B.
"Onyx Properties offers well appointed furnished apartments for traveling professionals. The owner is great to deal with and truly considers every amenity and furnishing when appointing the units she rents. I recommend leasing through them if you’re in need of a short term furnished rental." - Armando R.
